I've noticed how many "climate aligned" projects include data collection systems that get justified as efficiency tools but end up tracking everyone's movements and consumption. The privatiztion of gains while socializing costs isn't just happening with climate policy but also digital infrastructure.
Absolutely. Technocracy depends on the unprecedented gathering of information, and the building a data centers to process it all. Of course, these are looking for subsidies too, to offset the cost of the their massive energy consumption in part. You don't hear the 'Greens' talk about this though. Surveillance Capitalism infrastructure is the main 'investment' taxpayers are going to be asked to fund, as they build their own digital 15 minute prisons. Thank you for your comment.

Yes, all the best for 2026. Though I have little faith in elections, I feel we must establish the platform issues moving forward, and attempt to have people we can work with elected to office. If we don't we know every day our interests will be undermined, as debt mounts up for things we don't agree with, yet still have to pay for. Thank you for all your efforts, and Merry Christmas :-)
