The 'Hippo' in the Room
Connecting the dots
I hadn't intended to post another piece on this subject so soon (if a full month can be considered ‘soon’) but my last Substack post prompted a flurry emails and I felt I should clarify an important point from ‘Injunctions and Injections: Nudge Theory and the New Behavioral Economics.’ The following, from a psychologist friend:
‘I think most people don't understand that while “nudging” was well known to be happening in Britain (SAGE) that our now disbanded “Ontario Science Table” also had a number of behavioural psychologists no doubt discussing the same, very basic, methods of shaping and conditioning people, not to mention group think. It was amusing, in your essay, to see that the mRNA tech might be designed to make people stupid.’
I must emphasize these were not actually my words. The idea was implied by Bertrand Russell, way back in 1952, and more bluntly in a recent quotation ‘misattributed’ to Jacques Attali. I did suggest ‘stronger language’ might be called for however, in order to get people's attention.
Of course, there is no shortage of disparaging terms for the common people from those in the realm of social theory — the ‘bewildered herd’ (Lippmann, Public Opinion), the retarded masses (Adorno, The Culture Industry), the ‘livestock of culture’ (Baudrillard, The Conspiracy of Art) to name a few. Naturally, no one on Substack (those still willing to read) falls into this category; there are no cattle here, speaking of livestock, or sheep either for that matter. The main point of my previous commentary, as you will have gathered, was to differentiate between old-fashioned vaccines, (from the French, vache) which were fundamentally the same as the original treatment developed for cowpox, and those new ‘mRNA gene therapy’ based products.
The main reason I'm compelled to write this follow up is to draw further attention to The Hope Accord moratorium on mRNA technology. Decide for yourself of course, but I would suggest that no petition you have signed before could be more important than this. In the prophetic words of Klaus Schwab:
“[T]his Fourth Industrial Revolution. . . doesn't change what you are doing it changes you, if you take a genetic editing, just as an example, it's you who are changing. . .”
‘Changing What It Means To Be Human’ ‘European Union Presentation’
No doubt everyone here already knows of Dr. David Martin (right). The presentation above (to the EU parliament) was completely ignored by the mainstream (no surprise), but here, the dark history of this technology is explained. In whitepapers and SEC filings, we read that the products being rolled out today began as ‘gene therapies.’
An SEC filing from Moderna, for the year ending Dec 31st 2019, talks about the first batch of ‘SARS-CoV-2 vaccine (mRNA-1273),’ manufactured in 42 days, and released, February 24th, 2020. Other ‘commercial vaccine programs’ are discussed, in particular, clinical trials for CMV, hMPV, RSV vaccines, and more awaiting ‘government or other third-party funding.’ The paper does disclose that the firm is ‘being financially supported for specific activities by DARPA,’ something Martin discusses in detail.
The main thrust of this SEC document (and others like it), is to assure regulators and investors alike (the public is generally oblivious) that the new mRNA ‘platform’ and ‘gene therapies’ are not the same:
‘Gene therapy typically results in a permanent change to cellular DNA that may result in uncontrolled or constant production of the desired protein in local tissue or in distant sites, which could cause local or systemic side effects.’
Many of these issues are discussed in videos linked below, including the fact that ‘constant production’ (of an mRNA coded protein) now seems to be a problem. Nevertheless, the business community, seeing “profits at the end of the process” jumped on board, reassuring the public in articles such as: ‘Fact Check — mRNA vaccines are distinct from gene therapy which alters recipient’s genes’. The ‘expert’ quoted, as you will read, is one of those developing these new products:
‘ “As mRNA is genetic material, mRNA vaccines can be looked at as a genetic-based therapy, but they are classified as vaccines and are not designed to alter your genes,” said Dr Adam Taylor, a virologist and research fellow at the Menzies Health Institute, Queensland, Griffith University.’
They are not ‘designed to’ perhaps, but three years on, there are questions; hence that proposed suspension of mRNA products. Dr. Adam Taylor, as you can read in his bio, ‘has identified novel therapeutics and vaccine candidates for emerging viruses such as Zika and Chikungunya virus,’ which just happen to be two of Moderna's proposed ‘mRNA’ products (specifically discussed in the SEC document above). needless to say, this conflict of interest is not pointed out in the Reuters ‘fact-checker’ peice.
In light of all this, can we be certain that these repurposed, ‘gene editing’ products are not actually part of the Fourth Industrial Revolution's ‘bio-digital convergence’, ‘living systems standardization’ plan? (Please see my previous Substack: ‘Fiat Ars, Pereat Mundus’). Again, those words of warning from Bertrand Russell's The Impact of Science on Society:
‘Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine, from a very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible. Even if all are miserable, all will believe themselves happy, because the government will tell them that they are so.’
Although I won't dig into the larger question of ‘vaccines’ in general here, it is interesting to look at the childhood ‘vaccine schedule’ today, as compared to 1952, and note the exponential growth, through the neoliberal 80s especially.

Bertrand Russell knew a thing or two; not surprisingly, as he was very well connected — so much so that many people regard him as one of those ‘elite psychopaths’ who actually ran the world. “Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil” was his motto however, and if you read his autobiography and other works, I think you too will conclude that he was actually trying to help humanity. Works such as ‘Free Thought and Official Propaganda’ say it all, in my opinion.
So, dare we look at that elephant in the room (or 'Hippo' as the case may be)?
Since the early days, there have been comments that people's personalities have been changed. Of course, our own perceptions have changed too, given what we’ve learned, and there is still plenty of media generated division. So it is probably fair to say that none of us, in this ‘new normal’ world, are our same old selves.
Reason went out the window though, when the only acceptable information became the ‘approved’ mainstream media narrative (which often didn’t cite the ‘experts’ quoted, or the source of their information). Documentation, published papers and even the government's own statistics, suddenly meant nothing. No surprise then, that this spawned all manner of ‘theories.’ The evidence was there to see though, so why could hardly anyone (especially those who claim to represent us) connect the dots?
It certainly looked as if there was a ‘conspiracy’ afoot, especially when prominent politicians and bureaucrats denied saying things that everyone had heard (captured on video no less) just a few months earlier. A popular phrase in days gone by (when a politician had to backpeddle) was: “I misspoke.” Suddenly, from 2020 on, public authorities simply denied their previous comments; and the gaslighting continues to this day. The political elite puppets really do think we are stupid (I would suggest). It's no wonder then (confronted with these ‘dog king’ politicians) that a great many people stopped listening to the official blather, and gave up on their governments (hence, the abysmal voter turn out everywhere).
There are many psychological explanations for people's behaviour in response to the unprecedented ‘Official Propaganda’ (especially at the height of the media frenzy, when death and case counters featured prominently in the daily news). None of this happened without more than a little help from the ‘nudge unit’ minions of course. I wonder if just deny everything was one of their recommendations too? The hired-gun, ‘behavioural psychologists,’ knew exactly what they were doing; ‘Mass Formation Psychosis’ (to use a popular — and particularly controversial — expression of the day) was the inevitable consequence of this unprecedented social engineering experiment.
Extraordinary Delusions and the Madness of Crowds.
Since that time, some even darker theories have begun to circulate. Real science (as we know) proposes various hypothesis (now these are called ‘conspiracy theories’) and when evidence is uncovered, a legitimate theory emerges. Some of the ideas put forward (of course) didn't have sound evidence backing them up, and many of them really were quite crazy. These were the ones pointed to by mainstream media and politicians, to discredit anyone who questioned the official version of reality.
Media and fact-checker industry shills discredited everything that went against the ‘official propaganda.’ Also, the degree to which technology has advanced (without most of us being aware), meant that reality, in many cases, was stranger than fiction (which served the wide-spread ‘normalcy bias’ well).
Some may remember Moncef Slaoui, one time head of ‘electroceuticals’ at GlaxoSmithKline who headed up the Operation Warp Speed ‘vaccine’ roll out (and was fired from both jobs, apparently). But why was a background in ‘electric medicine’ important for the implementation of this ‘vaccine’ campaign?

Recite the above to anyone uninformed by the mainstream media, and of course, you'll be called a ‘conspiracy theorist.’ I would have called you this myself back in 2014 (when the paper above was published) but now we know this technology exists, and that it is being deployed. Where, and for what reason? We can only speculate, though we do hear a lot about ‘nano’ this, and ‘nano’ that; as if it were a new and improved laundry detergent — and the mainstream media, of course, never questions anything.
So far as those ‘antiseizure devices’ go; there is interesting reading on this subject (and some unbiased party might want to reexaming the incidence of seizures, and the ‘greater than expected occurrence of severe neurological adverse events,’ in recent years), but any ‘deploying’ of ‘novel nano and microscale devices’ into human bodies, ‘mining’ of “big” ‘neural data,’ and the use of ‘cloud computing’ to advance ‘business’ opportunities, must be the subject of a thorough investigation, on going oversight, and an absolute ‘opt out’ guarantee!
Among the more compelling theories offered for the change in behaviour in recent years (and the inability to see anything beyond the mainstream media, government sanctioned, version of reality) was a bold suggestion that mRNA was causing damage to the hippocampus (this and the lipid nano-particle delivery system ‘platform,’ which allows materials to cross cell membranes, and the blood-brain barrier alike). Such specific detail, it seemed, must have some basis in fact; and so it does, as you can read — but it is an intriguing journey into contradictory information (perhaps misinformation and disinformation) in aid of that ‘official propaganda.’

and a series of ‘similar articles’ listed in these papers.
As you will see, getting published appears to entail not openly contradicting the orthodoxy that perpetuates a most profitable business model; and it is interesting to see how even those papers focused on negative aspects of the orthodoxy, must first declare their fealty (real or affected). Dig deeper. While ‘Hippocampal subfield abnormalities and biomarkers of pathologic brain changes’ are attributed to ‘SARS-CoV-2 acute infection to post-COVID syndrome’ in this 2023 paper, it appears that the symptoms of post-vaccination syndrome and so-call long-Covid are essentially the same: ‘In rare cases, coronavirus vaccines may cause Long Covid–like symptoms.’
‘[E]vidence from animal studies supports the idea that antibodies targeting the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein—the same protein that many vaccines use to trigger a protective immune response—might cause collateral damage, notes Harald Prüss, a neurologist at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Disease. . . In 2020, while hunting for antibody therapies for COVID-19, he and his colleagues discovered that of 18 antibodies they identified with potent effects against SARS-CoV-2, four also targeted healthy tissues in mice—a sign they could trigger autoimmune problems.’
Gradually, with the weight of evidence, the narrative appears to be changing. The public as a whole, conditioned to never question authority (and the orthodoxy) cannot, and will not, change overnight; only when real-world experience overwhelmingly supports the unthinkable, can such ideas be more widely entertained. And all the while, vested interests, with massive influence over regulatory bodies, government and media, counter this trend. As one article above blames hippocampal damage on Covid 19, another (conveniently) suggests the ‘vaccine’ will stimulate ‘neurogenesis,’ potentially restoring the lost hippocampal function.
What is the Hippocampus?
It is the part of the brain that allows us to connect those proverbial dots, among other things. The following may be helpful: Cleveland Clinic.
‘The hippocampus is a part of your brain that’s responsible for your memory and learning. This small structure helps you remember, both short- and long-term, and gain awareness from your environment.’
Things that were once common knowledge, relevant memories and learning, seemed to have been completely forgotten: ‘the recollection of facts or experiences’ (as stated in the Cleveland Clinic piece above) was entirely displaced by media buzz words and marketing catch phrases. Brand new protocols and arbitrary mandates replaced accepted, tried and trusted procedures. It was as if almost no one remembered the past at all.
Now, in the calm (before another WHO manufactured storm) the government, the medical establishment, and the greater part of the population, has ‘learned nothing and remembers nothing’ (to quote England's most well-known historian, David Starkey). And the collective amnesia just gets worse (in line with that recent and inexplicable spike in early-onset dementia).
“We've moved on,” is the common refrain (when any discussion of the past few years arises) and maybe this isn't just some clever social device to hide an embarrassing lack knowledge or avoid a challenging (and unsettling) conversation. Maybe there really is no ability to recall what happened then, and connect it with what's happening now – for those (as the papers above suggest), who tragically suffered hippocampus damage?
Of course, this is not my opinion (Official Disclaimer required here), as I am in no position to have any such an opinion (I am no expert, I am happy to say, but I just can't help connecting what seem like very obvious dots.) Please consult your heath professional, and present them with your questions (I would be curious to hear what they say). My doctor friends have told me they have to ‘toe the line’ (and other words to this effect) in long phone conversations and email exchanges; so I'd be curious to hear what advice your doctor has for you.
Nevertheless, a ‘responsible government’ (one not controlled by a shadow government of vested interests that is), would do the responsible thing, and look into the recent spikes in: excess deaths (causes unknown), inexplicable turbo cancers, dementia and rare neurological conditions, autoimmune problems... and a lot of new aliments that currently seem to be presented as symptoms of Mpox or 'Long Covid.' But very few of those we count on, and pay handsomely to look out for our interests, seem to have any interest. They pretend to see nothing; although, in their defense, maybe they're actually not pretending.
This entire crazy experience, it would seem (when you listen to people who know about such things) appears to have been crafty way to distract everyone, and introduce the new mRNA therapeutic ‘platform’ — something no ‘informed’ person would consider accepting without long, rigorous, and completely transparent clinic trials. This event was “used to get it in the door and now they want everything changed” to mRNA (at 49 mins).
So now, as you might have noticed, the new respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) ‘vaccine’ is mRNA (Moderna's second approved mRNA product). Flu vaccines are heading in this direction too, and (of course) the new mRNA Mpox ‘vaccines’ are coming. ‘Two Pricks are Better than One,’ exclaimed a Toronto bus shelter ad at Yonge and St.Clair, this past Saturday afternoon (just across from the main gates of the Mount Pleasant Cemetery as it happens).
I wasn’t able to pull my camera out it time, but I scribbled the slogan down as I couldn't quite believed what I'd just read. There's not a reference to this on line (that I could find) and I welcome any of you sleuths out there to research this for me. It's almost as if there is a whole other level of crass (though witty) propaganda, for the 'new normal' underclass. Watch those sports bar big screen TVs too, clearly the powers that be regard these folk as intellectually inferior as well (if you take note of the content there); of course, those who are partially inebriated are more open to suggestion (just read the declassified text of MK Ultra on this subject).

‘The global monkeypox (Mpox) outbreak leads to a surge in demand for vaccine. The Mpox vaccine in short supply is JYNNEOS (modified vaccinia ankara, MVA) due to less side effects, while ACAM2000 supply is abundant because of the strategic stockpile in U.S.1 The ACAM2000 replaced the first-generation smallpox vaccine Dryvax that has a questionable safety profile. However, the ACAM2000 is associated with [a] high rate of myocarditis and pericarditis.’
Interestingly, while the CDC and Ontario Ministry of Health recommend two shots for those qualifying (no need yet for additional ‘boosters’), the above article clearly directs people away from the old product, because it is ‘associated with a high rate of myocarditis and pericarditis.’ Should anyone read this, they would presumably ask for the new mRNA product. People won’t read this of course, and eventually the media will be employed to promote the ‘new and improved,’ ‘safe and effective’ mRNA.
The authorities don’t even hint that there might be concerns over mRNA, and the lipid nano-particle delivery system, which also appears to be associated with myocarditis, pericarditis and more. I linked the short video, ‘mRNA future,’ in my last piece, it may be worth revisiting, along with: ‘Lipid nanoparticles risk.’
Surprisingly (with virtually no understanding of such details) a large portion of the populations appears to sense that something is not quite right (from observing the world around them I imagine). In fact, according to a recent survey on this subject, the ‘vaccine reluctant’ camp has grown bigger than ever. While Fauci's expressed hope that the Covid event might precipitate a greater acceptance of flu ‘vaccines,’ the actual outcome has been precisely the opposite; there is now a growing distrust of any such treatments — as reflected in this recent public opinion poll in the United States.

Public opinion does not mean this is the actual reality of things of course, but it's important to know what people out there believe, because this is the reality we must face every day. And if politicians are guided by these numbers, we really should pay attention. We must also hope (given how many people have now become sceptics) that enough will stand up to make that moratorium on mRNA a reality. 'Lack of trust increasing'
At 9:40 mins in (panel 4 in the report), you will see those who agree that: ‘The vaccine is killing people, and is killing large numbers of people.’
These are staggering numbers, and we have every reason to believe the same holds true in Canada. ‘Vaccination programmes are being rolled out globally, but most of these vaccines have been approved without extensive studies on their side-effects and efficacy,’ according to the ‘New-onset autoimmune phenomena’ study mentioned above. Yet even studies that examine these problems are not speaking to the real concerns of a more informed public. All eyes should be on the mad scientists who dismiss concerns, and continue to push this research forward. Health issues aside, even if there was only the smallest chance that the human genome could be altered, large-scale, or commercial use of these products should be prohibited.
And yet, as people at the World Economic Forum, and elsewhere, talk about a genetically modified humanity, our governments (elected, and apparently ‘captured,’ representatives) continue to gaslight the population, calling our concerns ‘conspiracy theory.’ To add insult to vaccine injury, they nevertheless continue to collect our tax dollars, to subsidize the construction of manufacturing plants designed to roll out millions of doses of mRNA gene therapy products. Remember the United Nations ‘Immunization Agenda 2030.’ If you would rather not have 500 new mRNA ‘vaccines’ forced on you for years to come, this is the time to act.
This might just be the most outrageous situation humanity has ever faced, and it is up to us to see that the technocratic 'bio-digital convergence' - 'living systems standardization' transhuman agenda is stopped. Anyone who thought Bertrand Russell was a sketchy figure, will find this even more alarming:

“life forms for four billion years evolved by natural selection and all life-forms were restricted to the organic realm. . . but once you switch from organic to inorganic it becomes much easier. So we are really on the verge of these two intertwined. . .”
“We still have some agency,” Harari suggests (as though he is one of us), before AI takes over, and before those mad scientists do actually start “directing human evolution” themselves, converging the biological with the digital:
“We are on the verge not only of replacing natural selection with intelligent design. Not the intelligent design of some God, our intelligent design, [as] the [principle] motor of the evolution of life. We are also on the verge of allowing life [to] break out for the first time from the organic realm into the inorganic...” (at 2:33 mins)
At which point (if not much sooner) we will lose whatever agency we still have. Harari's closing words:
“If you don't like this particular possibility you can still do something about it.”
He says this, knowing that the population as a whole is probably not going to act. The video game term NPC (non-player character) is often heard these days, and it is appropriate; too many (rather than actually do anything) will simple wait, and hope for the best. In the eyes of the technocrats, the masses have been given fair warning; so what happens next depends on what we do, or fail to do — whatever the case may be.
While Harari maintains an cold indifference — just telling ya how it is — he is also the ‘spiritual’ guru of the World Economic Forum, the members of which (all those Young Global Leaders, elected representatives and big corporations) go to work every day to further (and profit from) their technocratic agenda.
If you ‘don't like this particular possibility’ — a Borg-like existence in which ‘we hackable animals’ are ‘mined’ for ‘neural data’ and controlled remotely from the cloud by AI — it is important we not let the uninformed (bewildered herd), sweep us along with them. Yes, it's time for some strong language, and it’s time to get involved. Let’s start by signing the Hope Accord.
